Plenity appears to be made up of only two natural ingredients which, if it is as effective as its competitors, is pretty impressive. These two ingredients – cellulose and citric acid – work together to form a ‘three-dimensional matrix’ which is designed to take up space in your stomach and small intestine to promote a strong sense of satiety. The majority of reviews we could find were videos taken by Plenity so, again, it’s difficult to determine whether these are genuine reviews or paid ads.
It’s still in its infancy as a supplement and, according to them, is not broadly available right now. So, maybe in the next few years, we’ll have more definitive reviews to judge its effectiveness in a more balanced way.

Does Plenity have side effects?
Studies on Plenity have shown participants who took it were more likely to experience GI issues like bloating, abdominal pain, gas and diarrhea. However, compared to the placebo group, the results were only marginally higher.
