I do recall getting into bodybuiding and running (male)at a very early age (17).
I started with universal weight lifting in high school and college and later free weights at university.
I was 50% runner and 50% weight lifter (still good enough to win the Humber College “hunk” award in the early 1980s).
Later I realised that I had to cut down on the weights if I wanted to win racing contests.
I was for many years 70% runner 20% swimmer and 10% bodybuilder before a permanent illness ruined this regime.
I believe that my new regime gave me a “high” that was better than my old regime and it showed in my running.

I NEVER used steroids and believe that body building by itself with steroids is NOT healthy.
Overall, I feel that natural female bodybuilders are more attractive than steroid female bodybuilders (ugly).
Unfortunately, I am more turned on by professional female track and field, soccer, tennis, volleyball athletes and swimmers.
I believe that natural bodybuilding should be allowed but for men only (it is just NOT a female sport).
Anyone dealing with old bodybuilder Melissa Coates beware. She’s a liar and a thief, and I can prove it. Paid for her to make a personal appearance and she never showed up, but kept the money.
Buyer beware!
